Mike Balog
Mike is a retail automotive executive whose career has progressed from dealership General Manager to market, regional, and enterprise leadership roles.
Before founding DRIVUS, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner of Step One Automotive Group. Earlier, he led markets and regions for Asbury Automotive Group across Florida, the Midwest, and the western United States.
His experience includes Variable and Fixed Operations, F&I, used vehicles, customer experience, organizational design, OEM relationships, acquisition integration, and leadership development.
